What We Do
MEC is a full-service meeting planning consulting firm headquartered in New York City. Established in 1980 our clients have included numerous large national and international associations and prestigious corporations. Our experience ranges from arranging small board meetings to large global events. We specialize in site selection, contract negotiation, conference management, housing and registration and global event planning. We tailor our services to the particular needs of each client.
